Job Position : Manager / Sr. Manager – Business Finance

Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Manager / Sr. Manager – Business Finance within the Pharma industry.

Responsibilities :

Oversee overall business finance activities, ensuring financial discipline and strategic alignment.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business goals.

Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze performance, profitability, and cost optimization.

Manage timely and accurate monthly and annual accounts closing and reporting.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and transfer pricing regulations.

Prepare and review MIS reports to provide actionable financial insights to management.

Coordinate internal and statutory audits, maintaining strong internal controls.

Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to corporate and regulatory policies.

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance performance and efficiency.

Support senior management through robust financial analysis.

Expertise in Business Finance, Budgeting, Forecasting, Accounts Closing, Taxation, Transfer Pricing, MIS, Audit & Compliance, and Team Leadership.

Qualification

Experience : 5–15 Years (Pharma industry experience preferred)

Education : CA / CMA (mandatory)
