Job Summary :
Moneyboxx Finance Limited, an RBI-registered NBFC focused on providing small business loans to micro-entrepreneurs in Tier 3 cities and beyond, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Manager of Learning & Development to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a critical on-site role responsible for elevating the skills and performance of our teams. The Manager will own the entire L&D lifecycle, from strategic needs assessment and program design to effective facilitation, technology management, and the rigorous evaluation of training effectiveness to ensure we meet our ambitious goal of making a meaningful impact on one million lives.
Key Design and Implementation :
- Oversee the end-to-end design and implementation of comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs of an NBFC, including sales, operations, credit, and compliance.
- Conduct strategic needs assessments across various departments to accurately identify skill gaps and determine appropriate training solutions.
- Develop high-quality, engaging, and practical training materials across multiple formats (e.g., in-person workshops, e-learning modules, job aids).
Delivery and Evaluation :
Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions for diverse employee groups, ensuring clarity and objective achievement.Evaluate training effectiveness using established metrics (Kirkpatrick model or similar) and feedback mechanisms to ensure a measurable return on investment (ROI).Track participant progress meticulously and ensure all defined training objectives and compliance requirements are consistently met.Collaboration and Technology :
Work collaboratively with different departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, HR) and senior management to align L&D strategies with critical business and regulatory requirements.Manage and maintain the organization's Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other essential training software, ensuring smooth delivery and tracking.Work independently and manage multiple, simultaneous L&D projects from different business verticals with strong organizational and project management Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs, conducting needs assessments, and evaluating training effectiveness.LMS Proficiency : Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software.
Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Core Skills : Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Communication : Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for delivering high-impact sessions and influencing stakeholders.
Preferred Skills :
Industry Experience : Direct experience in the finance industry (NBFC, Banking, or Fintech) is a strong advantage.Experience in developing training for front-line sales and operations teams serving micro-entrepreneurs or Tier 3 markets.Certification in training delivery, instructional design, or talent development (CPLP, ATD).(ref : iimjobs.com)
