Job Description

Own accounting, AR / AP, MIS, compliance, taxation

Set up processes and reporting from scratch

Supervise outsourced bookkeeping partners (India & US)

Liaise with US counterparts on financial compliance

Ensure India statutory audit readiness under IndAS / iGAAP

Support business with dashboards and cost control insights

Work hybrid from Bangalore (3 days in-office)

The Successful Applicant

Chartered Accountant with 5-8 years' experience post-qualification

Strong in finance control, statutory compliance, MIS

Exposure to USGAAP / IFRS and startup environments

Able to work independently and build systems hands-on
