Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Finance Functional Consultant with extensive hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash Management (CM).
The role involves working across all phases of project delivery from analysis and design to configuration, testing, and transition while ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and participate in requirement gathering, design, configuration, and testing for Oracle Cloud Finance modules.
- Implement and support General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, and Cash Management modules.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and document functional design (MD50 / BR100).
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and conversions.
- Execute functional testing, UAT, and assist in go-live activities.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Engage with business users and stakeholders to understand and translate financial requirements into system solutions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and accounting standards during system configuration.
Mandatory Skills :
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Finance Modules : GL, AP, AR, CM.Proven experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects.Strong understanding of financial business processes and Fusion architecture.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments.Strong communication and stakeholder management To Have :Knowledge of Fixed Assets (FA) and Expense Management modules.Experience in data migration (FBDI) and reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher).Familiarity with Approval Management (AMX) and Security roles setup.Exposure to Agile or DevOps project delivery.Oracle Cloud Financials Certification preferred.(ref : hirist.tech)
