Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced  Senior Pilates Instructor  to join our founding team. This role is ideal for someone who not only loves teaching but also wants to play a pivotal role in shaping the studio’s culture, programming, and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective classes across Pilates Reformer, Mat, and other Pilates equipment.
• Design and personalize training programs for private clients and group classes.
• Mentor and guide junior instructors, supporting their professional development.
• Assist in creating signature House of Pilates classes and workshops.
• Maintain a strong client relationship, ensuring an exceptional experience for every member.
• Contribute to community events, wellness collaborations, and content creation.
