THE POSITION

The Quality Analyst will ensure academic rigor and instructional effectiveness across Shiv Nadar School campuses by using structured observations, data audits, and analytical reviews. The role supports the Professional Development team by identifying strengths, gaps, and strategic PD needs based on classroom and academic data.

Key Responsibilities

Instructional Quality Monitoring

• Conduct lesson observations and learning audits based on established instructional rubrics.
• Track implementation of curriculum plans, assessments, and pedagogy across subjects.
• Identify training needs and recommend areas for focused teacher development.

Academic Data Analysis

PD Impact & Audit Reporting
