About the Role :
We're hiring an experienced sales leader to manage and drive the Bancassurance Specialist - Banca team. This is a key leadership position responsible for leading a team of Virtual Relationship Managers, ensuring achievement of business targets through effective customer engagement and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Bancassurance Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Drive life insurance sales through virtual and digital engagement with existing and new customers.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Build strong internal and external relationships to ensure consistent business growth.
- Analyze business reports, identify growth opportunities, and ensure adherence to compliance and process standards.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
CTQ (Critical to Quality Parameters) :
Experience : 7 - 9 years of total experience in Sales (mandatory)Life Insurance Experience : Minimum 3 - 4 years (must)Team Handling : Minimum 2 years of team management experience (mandatory)Education : Graduate or PostgraduateLocation : Chennai / Bangalore(local candidates preferred)Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Tamil(Chennai) And Kannada(Bangalore)What We Offer :
