Job Title : Sr. Manager – Solutioning (Sales and Service)

Location : Gurugram / Noida / Mumbai / Bangalore

As we grow rapidly, we're looking for passionate L&D professionals who can bridge the gap between client needs and tailored learning solutions.

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Solutioning Specialist to support our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in L&D, with proven experience in designing and delivering sales and service training programs within these industries. The role requires strong consultative and solutioning capabilities, along with the ability to engage with client stakeholders and internal teams to develop customized learning interventions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the primary solutioning contact for enterprise clients in the various sectors.
  • Understand client-specific business challenges, especially around sales and service functions, and translate them into learning needs.
  • Design and recommend tailored sales and customer service training solutions that align with industry-specific roles and expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, instructional designers, and SMEs, to co-create effective training proposals.
  • Develop solution decks, presentations, and documents to showcase how upGrad can meet client L&D objectives.
  • Ensure all training solutions are aligned with current industry trends, best practices, and client goals.
  • Stay updated on evolving L&D practices in sales enablement and service excellence across multiple domains.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Learning& Development, preferably in a B2B or enterprise-focused role.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing sales and service training programs for enterprise clients
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to translate business problems into structured learning interventions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in client interaction, stakeholder management, and L&D solutioning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with content, design, and delivery teams.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and learning architecture is a strong plus.
