Job Responsibilities :
- Leverage social media listening tools to create timely research and reporting on consumer insights, trends, competitive analysis, product insights and emerging consumer tensions. Combine findings with other digital data sources, identify strategic recommendations and create persuasive presentations
- Understand the business objectives and measurement requirements to help guide decisions, KPI measurements and provide insightful recommendations.
- Develop strategic social reporting and analytics cadence by identifying key areas of measurements, optimizations & benchmarks.
- Ability to tailor findings and provide insightful and actionable recommendations to executive level stakeholders leveraging efficient storytelling and visualization skills.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and projects with ability to prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
- Passionate about all thing’s technology with knowledge about computer hardware, builds, gaming (or at least willingness to learn)
- Serve as a primary POC of contact for social listening support and experience with educating audiences with best practices.
- Understand, conceptualize and integrate AI based analysis and automation across social media analytics
Required Skills :
Minimum 7+ years of experience in Social media analysis and Research conceptsSocial Listening tools preferably Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Meltwater, and Synthesio.Understanding automation and AI implementationProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – primarily with Excel and PowerPointLogical bent of mind to read and understand the data and reporting structuresData analysis and Insights writing skills are mustPreferred Attributes :
Ability to write Boolean queries to extract and manipulate data.Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, etc.Knowledge of creating crawlers to capture web data and familiarity with NLP models for sentiment analysis and thematic analysis.
