About the Role
The primary responsibility of the Manager is to ensure teams performance meets and exceeds function / department goals, quality target & service level agreement. Assess the staffing needs & make decisions regarding the hiring of a new employee. Need to make sure that team adhere to timelines and remain flexible to change in requirements according to the business need. The role of this team is to work closely with upstream and downstream teams to get all the incoming cash processed. Have a close look at the process by ensuring SLAs are met by team collaboration which eventually can lead towards achieving organizational goals. The manager will ensure to have all the controls in place and will also collaborate with the team to make sure we work to win together.

Responsibilities
- To have sound knowledge about retirement plans & experience in working at Payroll, Rollover, Loan & Invoice activities.
- Involves a thorough understanding of all retirement products, IRS Codes, plan rules, fund rules and ability to communicate the complex aspects of the situation.
- Must interact with the business partners and key stakeholders in meeting operational challenges and scheduled production activities.
- Provides supervision, training, motivation, and personal development of staff to maximize the department’s resources.
- Maintain employee records, track quality, TAT, productivity & efficiency.
- Career Development & Coaching - responsible for the development of staff. Conducts monthly one-on-one meetings and ongoing coaching with staff. Provides ongoing feedback regarding quality of work to team members and works to improve processes and overall quality for the team / department.
- Ensures team performance meets and exceeds function / department goals, quality targets, and service level expectations.
- Monitors individual reconciler statistics to ensure they are within established guidelines.
- Prepare reports measuring / detailing performance, including monthly management reports.
- Participates in and / or coordinates conference calls and meetings to consult and assist client with questions or issue resolution.
- Oversee the timely and accurate completion of activities across teams, ensure all the activities are completed promptly and error free.
- Manages / supports special projects.
Qualifications
Graduation is a mustRequired Skills
Minimum 10 years of experience in 401K retirement or Banking and financial services entities domainMust possess strong management, project prioritization, analytical / problem-solving, organizational, presentation and written / verbal communication skills.Excellent organization, prioritization and planning skills requiredWorking knowledge of retirement industry and internal record keeping systemDemonstrated leadership skillsPreferred Skills
Basic knowledge of Six Sigma tools & concepts preferredAdvanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Access.Ready to work in Night shifts (9 : 00 PM to 06 : 00 AM IST).
