Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the Air Compressor Manufacturing industryBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing them with best-in-class servicesIdentify and target potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networkingConduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our air compressor productsGenerate leads and follow up on sales opportunities to drive revenue growthManage the complete sales process, from lead generation to deal closureCollaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales orders and timely delivery of productsStay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvementPrepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team
