Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR functions within the agro-processing industry. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in talent acquisition through online platforms, a robust network within the industry, and a deep understanding of the sector's human resource needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process using online platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other industry-specific portals.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network within the agriculture and agro-processing industry.
- Screen, interview, and select suitable candidates to meet organizational requirements.
- Facilitate onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs to upgrade employee skills.
- Handle employee grievances, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management.
Qualifications & Skills
Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in HR management within the agriculture or agro-processing industry preferred.Strong network and relationships within the industrial sector.Proficiency in using online recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Good understanding of industry-specific challenges and labor market trends.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with particular emphasis on recruitment and industry networking.What We Offer
