Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an AutoCAD professional, located in Delhi, India. The role involves creating and maintaining accurate technical drawings and designs using CAD software, adhering to established CAD standards. The professional will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to develop detailed building plans and layouts. Additionally, responsibilities include updating drawings, managing documentation, and supporting the team with Building Information Modeling (BIM) to ensure alignment with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD Standards, Technical Drawing, and Drawing is essential.
• Strong expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and working knowledge of industry tools.
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate designs and drawings.
• Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and project deliverables.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to work in a team environment.
• A degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus.
