Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur. The Senior Pattern Cutter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as developing and creating patterns for garments, collaborating with designers, conducting fittings, and ensuring accurate and high-quality production. The role involves cutting fabrics and materials efficiently, making necessary adjustments to patterns, and overseeing the production process to meet design requirements and timelines.

• Experience in pattern making and cutting fabric
• Knowledge in garment construction and textile materials
• Excellent attention to detail and precision
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Proficient in using pattern-making software and tools
• Relevant experience in the fashion industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in fashion design, textiles, or related field is preferred
