About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Marketplace Manager to own our Amazon account and scale our presence end-to-end. This role involves executing clear goals : drive sales growth, scale reviews, maintain account health, and execute promotional strategies.
You will manage Amazon listings, coordinate inventory, oversee advertising execution, and handle promotions while monitoring metrics like BSR, TACOS, and ROAS.
This role is perfect for someone who sees marketplace management as both a craft and a growth lever. You will be responsible for day-to-day execution, optimizing listings, monitoring performance, and scaling campaigns while learning and growing your strategic capabilities.
- A skilled Amazon operator with over 4 years of experience managing Amazon for D2C brands
- A tactical executor who can write and QA listing copy, coordinate promotions, and manage inventory workflows
- Data-driven : you monitor KPIs daily and use insights to drive decisions on stock, pricing, and promotional cadence
- Experienced with Amazon ads
- AI-curious : you have experimented with AI / automation tools to streamline listings, track inventory, and monitor review insights
- A self-starter who moves fast, QA's everything, and catches issues before they become costly
- A team collaborator who works effectively with vendors, partners, and internal cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities :
Owning and growing our Amazon presence end-to-end : increasing sales, visibility, and account footprintManaging listings across all products, including copy, images, and compliance, to maximize discoverability and conversionMonitoring and improving performance KPIs : sales growth, organic rank, reviews, inventory turnover, in-stock rate, TACOS, and ROASStrategically executing campaigns and promotional initiatives during key sales periods, while balancing organic growth leversCoordinating with the Head of Growth on Amazon advertising campaigns, including AMS / AAP executionCollaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure inventory availability, timely launches, and smooth operationsLeveraging AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, analyze trends, and inform growth decisionsDiagnosing account health issues, implementing fixes, and scaling best practices to expand our presence and sales on AmazonWhat Makes Us Special
