Nexverse Digital Studios is an agile, high-growth startup dedicated to building full-stack, highly functional web applications and software for leading large-scale businesses. We need highly motivated individuals to drive our initial market penetration and revenue growth.
The Role : Initiate Growth and Close Deals
This is a contract position for a Business Development Executive based in Pune , with flexibility for some remote work.
You will act as a key representative and face of Nexverse, responsible for initiating the sales pipeline. Your primary objective is lead generation, qualification, and supporting deal closure. This role is a hands-on opportunity to learn the full sales cycle in the high-stakes tech startup environment.
Performance-Based Compensation Structure
This structure heavily rewards those who quickly secure revenue for the startup.
- Fixed Monthly Salary (Base Retainer) : ₹10,000
- Tiered Sales Incentive (Commission) :
- 10% commission on all closed deals up to a project value of 1,00,000.
- 15% commission on the entire deal value for projects exceeding ₹1,00,000.
- 20% commission on the entire deal value for 1-month projects exceeding ₹2,00,000
Critical Compensation Note :
The fixed monthly salary will be put on hold if no client deal is closed in a given period. Salary payment resumes only upon the successful finalization of the next client deal. This role requires immediate sales results.

Lead Generation : Actively identify, research, and cold-call / email prospective large-scale business clients.Pipeline Building : Qualify leads and set up initial meetings for senior team members.Client Representation : Professionally introduce Nexverse and our digital solutions, acting as the primary point of contact during the initial stages.Target Achievement : Support the team in achieving defined sales and lead-generation targets.Market Insight : Assist in light market research to understand target industries and technology trends.Process Improvement : Maintain detailed sales records and contribute to refining the sales process.Qualifications : High Potential, High Drive
