Role
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic professional who can seamlessly manage client interactions, business presentations, and follow-ups. The candidate will act as a bridge between our firm and clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery of information, and professional representation of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Meetings & Relationship Management
- Conduct meetings with existing and prospective clients (online / offline).
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally for solutions.
- Ensure continuous follow-ups and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Business Communication & Documentation
- Draft professional emails, proposals, and business communications.
- Prepare and deliver client-ready PowerPoint presentations, reports, and pitch decks.
- Maintain documentation of discussions, agreements, and progress updates.
- Coordination & Support
- Liaise with internal teams (CAs, analysts, and partners) to gather information and prepare client deliverables.
- Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support business development activities and assist in onboarding new clients.
Key Skills & Competencies
