Position : Sales Head -
Experience Required :
Minimum 10 years in Sales & Marketing (preferably SaaS / Logistics tech domain)
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve
quarterly and annual revenue targets .
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts in the logistics and customs brokerage sector.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the freight forwarding and customs domain.
Develop, Lead, mentor, and drive a team of sales executives to meet individual and team sales goals.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure strong
customer onboarding and retention .
Conduct regular
competitive analysis and market benchmarking
to refine sales positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Represent Unifo at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements :
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of
meeting or exceeding revenue targets
in a SaaS or logistics technology environment.
Experience in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or selling SAAS products for logistics is a strong advantage.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate customer insights into executable plans.
