Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy, delivering growth across awareness, acquisition, and retention.
Lead integrated campaigns across digital channels including search, social, programmatic, affiliates, and app marketing.
Implement MMM, MTA, and attribution models to guide budget allocation and measure impact.
Optimize the customer funnel by identifying drop-off points and running targeted experiments to improve conversion rates across awareness, consideration, and purchase.
Collaborate with Product, Category Marketing, and Sales teams to align performance initiatives with business priorities.
Partner with analytics teams to translate consumer and channel data into actionable growth strategies.
Build and mentor a specialist performance marketing team, driving agility, innovation, and accountability.
Requirements
MBA / PGDM from a reputed institution.
9–12 years of experience in performance / digital marketing.
Strong pedigree from Automobile / OEMs, Consumer Electronics & Appliances, or high-growth digital-first startups.
Proven expertise in paid media, user acquisition, retention, and ROI optimization.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong ownership and execution mindset.
