The Practice Account Analyst will assist in analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that drive required aspects of support, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving issues remotely via phone, email, and available software.
Responsibilities : General :
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Ability to work in night shifts
- Strong ability to work under pressure with dedication to maintaining data integrity
- Ability to research, analyze, and sort information as needed
Operational Support :
Troubleshoot issues to determine root cause, identify solutions, or escalate appropriatelyFollow instructions and communicate effectively when rectifying problems and providing feedbackInvestigate discrepancies, fill gaps in incomplete records, and resolve related issuesPerform all assigned duties and meet project compliance requirementsSkills and Experience :
0–3 years of experience with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to key, scan, and transcribe high volumes of data from various sourcesReview and validate data to ensure accuracy and completenessStrong understanding of accuracy and efficiency in managing large data volumesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to quickly learn other applicationsExperience in the US Healthcare domain will be an added advantageExcellent typing skills, supported by a speed test resultAbility to thrive in a small team within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAbility to take ownership of tasks through resolutionAbility to work with minimal supervisionStrong problem-solving and time management skillsExperience with data entry software and ticketing tools will be an added advantage.We are proud of the culture we create for our employees and offer an outstanding work environment.
