Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies for a stealth-mode product
- Own keyword research, clustering, and mapping to key user journeys and content
- Optimize blogs, product pages, and landing pages for SERPs
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices in content creation
Performance Monitoring
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other toolsTrack and report key metrics including CTR, bounce rate, rankings, and traffic sourcesIdentify and act on opportunities for technical improvements and content gapsLink Building & Outreach
Execute link-building strategies and guest post outreach to acquire high-quality backlinksMaintain relationships with publishers and SEO partnersCross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with web development, content marketing, and product marketing teamsStay updated with search algorithm changes and industry trendsRecommend improvements to SEO workflows and knowledge sharing across teamsIdeal Candidate
2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO or SEM, ideally at a high-growth startupProven success in scaling SEO for B2B SaaS or consumer internet businessesStrong analytical skills with a data-first mindsetProficient in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrushComfortable working with Wordpress and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScriptStrong project management and time ownership skillsFast learner with the ability to adapt and execute quicklyPreferred Background
Engineering or technical backgroundExperience in international SEO or multi-language site optimizationExposure to CRO, schema markup, and SEO A / B testingSkills Required
