We are seeking a proactive Operations Manager - University Relations to take full ownership of the daily operations and strategic execution of our educational programs through university partnerships. Based on-site in Rohini, this manager will possess strong expertise in operations management, process improvement, and strategic communication.
The role is critical for developing and implementing a robust university relations strategy, maintaining high-value relationships with academic partners, and ensuring the smooth, scalable execution of programs aligned with our early talent and workforce planning goals.

Strategic University Relationship Management (UG / PG / PhD / DBA) :
- Develop and rigorously implement a university relations strategy that is precisely aligned with the companys long-term workforce planning and early talent acquisition goals.
- Build and maintain strong, high-value relationships with key university stakeholders, including senior faculty, career services departments, and critical student organizations across UG, PG, PhD, and DBA programs.
- Act as the primary point of contact, managing and coordinating all necessary activities with university representatives to ensure clear expectations and collaborative outcomes.
- Handle all inquiries from potential students, ensuring professional, accurate, and timely communication that reflects positively on both the company and the partner institution.
Operations Oversight and Program Execution :
Oversee and manage the daily operations of all university partnerships and relations, ensuring the smooth, reliable, and compliant execution of educational and training programs.Drive continuous process optimization and improvement within the university relations lifecycle, applying strong skills in operations management to enhance scalability and efficiency.Apply project management skills to launch and track partnership initiatives, ensuring delivery to agreed-upon scopes and timelines.Leverage a strategic mindset for decision-making regarding resource allocation and partnership prioritization.Strategic Planning and Growth Contribution :
Engage in strategic planning to identify new partnership opportunities and expand the scope of existing relationships, directly contributing to the growth of our educational services.Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts, working closely with internal teams (e.g., product development, sales, talent acquisition) to align partnership outcomes with business objectives.Ensure all partnership activities adhere to legal and regulatory compliance standards for educational services.Required Skills & Proven experience in operations management, process improvement, and team leadership within a relevant field.
Relationship Management : Demonstrated exposure to and success in university relationship management across various program levels (UG / PG / PhD / DBA).
Strategy & Planning : Strong skills in project management, strategic planning, and analytical Expert ability in strategic communication and negotiation for external stakeholder Proven capability in cross-functional collaboration and aligning diverse internal teams towards a common goal.
