Position : Global Universities Acquisition Manager

Experience : 8-10 Years

Location : Delhi, India

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Global Universities Acquisition Manager to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and relationship-focused professional responsible for identifying, acquiring, and nurturing partnerships with universities worldwide. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our global educational footprint and ensuring our offerings remain at the forefront of the industry by aligning with the unique needs of our university partners.

Key Responsibilities :

University Acquisition & Sales Strategy :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic sales plan to achieve university acquisition targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new university partnerships by presenting Aimlay's value proposition and demonstrating how our offerings can support their goals.

Relationship Management & Negotiation :

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at universities, including administrators and decision-makers.
  • Lead MOU negotiations, ensuring all agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaboration & Customized Solutions :

  • Work closely with universities to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored, customized solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless integration of new educational offerings.
  • Market Insight & Program Oversight :

  • Stay updated on global education trends and new program offerings to ensure Aimlay remains competitive.
  • Oversee the launch and execution of collaborative programs, ensuring they align with our mission to empower working professionals and experiential learners.
  • Required Skills :

  • International Acquisition Experience :
  • Proven experience in international universities acquisition.
  • A track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies to meet acquisition targets.
  • Sales & Negotiation :

  • Strong negotiation skills with a history of closing complex agreements.
  • Relationship Management :

  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain trust with key stakeholders.
  • Communication & Collaboration :

  • Strong ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with both external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in the education technology (EdTech) or academic sector.
  • Knowledge of global education trends and different university systems.
  • Familiarity with creating and presenting customized solutions based on client needs.
