Job descriptionMinimum : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Malayalam. (Hindi is a bonus) Minimum 1+ years of customer service experience. Comfortable with Email, WhatsApp, and Instagram. Knowledge of Shopify, logistics, and e-commerce operations is a bonus. Ability to listen, de-escalate, and solve customer problems. Ability to multi-task, manage time, and prioritize tasks. Handling customer queries across Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and Social Media channels. Being knowledgeable and assisting customers across their purchase journey. Coordinating with internal and external teams(Logistics providers) to close customer issues. Meeting established customer service KPIs, metrics, and goals Assisting in training junior team members in the future
