About the company - Massive Mobility is developing the next stack of technologies to drive EV adoption faster in India. Massive Mobility operates the brand 1C (www.1charging.com) - an all-in-one solution for EV charging, delivering complete services from installation to ongoing management. We are expanding rapidly to scale up EV charging infrastructure.

Why This Role?

Fleet electrification is exploding, and charging infrastructure is the make-or-break factor. We're looking for a driven, well-connected Sales Manager who can turn relationships with fleet operators and mobility players into powerful partnerships.

This is your chance to own the frontline of India's EV fleet transformation - if you're ready to close high-value contracts and shape how logistics, ride-hailing, and delivery giants power their EVs.

What You'll Do

  • Open Doors & Close Deals : Leverage your fleet network to strike new business partnerships.
  • Solution-Sell with Impact : Match our EV charging solutions to the unique operational needs of fleet operators.
  • Negotiate to Win : Own the sales cycle end-to-end - from pitching to signing multi-year contracts.
  • Enable Success : Work with deployment teams to ensure smooth rollout and long-term partner satisfaction.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve : Track fleet electrification trends and uncover new revenue opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5 years in business development / sales in fleets, logistics, mobility, or EV ecosystem.
  • Deep relationships with fleet operators, aggregators, and logistics decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to turn connections into contracts - with a track record of delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong commercial instincts and negotiation skills to maximize value for both sides.
  • MBA / Business background preferred, but raw drive and results matter more.
