General Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our operations with

strategic oversight strong leadership and hands-on expertise in managing production inventory

maintenance and vendor development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in

operational management within manufacturing or related industries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day plant and operational activities ensuring high efficiency and output.
• Manage end-to-end inventory with a focus on precious metals like silver gold etc.
• Lead and mentor large teams across multiple departments.
• Implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with quality safety and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely execution of production and delivery

schedules.
