HR Operations Management, Payroll

Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Manage HR workflows including attendance, leave, payroll coordination.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Performance Management

Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.

Support managers in setting KPIs and employee development plans.

Address performance-related issues effectively.

Employee Relations and Engagement

Foster a positive work environment.

Resolve employee grievances and conflicts.

Plan and execute employee engagement activities.

Training and Development

Identify training needs based on operational goals.

Coordinate training sessions and skill development programs.

Track training effectiveness and employee progress.

Statutory Compliance and Reporting
