Job Opening : Customer Relationship Executive (CRE – MRS)

Location : Chaudhari Toyota Cars, Jalgaon

Experience Required : 0–2 Years (Automobile preferred / Tele calling )

Chaudhari Toyota – a trusted Toyota dealership in Jalgaon – is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Relationship Executive (CRE – MRS) in our Service Department.

Key Responsibilities :

Follow up with customers for vehicle service reminders

Coordinate and schedule service appointments

Handle customer calls and resolve service-related queries

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction post-service

Requirements :

Graduate / Diploma in any stream

0–2 years of experience (automobile or customer service preferred) , Candidates with telecalling or customer care experience can also apply

Freshers with good communication skills welcome

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

Ability to handle calls and customer interactions professionally
