Roles & Responsibilities :
- Command over Transfer Pricing subject and working knowledge of other related areas to engage with clients, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, manage team dynamics, delegate and manage work without compromising quality, understand client business and issues, build relationships with clients (middle management, top management advantageous), provide first-hand solutions during discussions with Manager / Partner, stay updated with case laws and apply judgment ratios to assignments, ensure client requirements and timelines are met, ideate and initiate assignment handling strategies, manage transfer pricing assessments and liaise with tax authorities, identify and develop larger business opportunities in Transfer Pricing, provide expert advice on Transfer Pricing laws and regulations, lead and manage client relationships, develop and manage team performance.
