Title – Taxation Manager

Job Summary :

We are growing firm seeking a skilled Tax Manager with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant (CA). The candidate will manage all aspects of direct and indirect taxation, ensure compliance with Indian tax laws, and provide strategic tax advice to support our growth. This role demands strong expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1.Direct Taxation :

• Oversee preparation and filing of corporate income tax returns (ITR) and TDS compliances (Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q, 27EQ).
• Manage tax assessments, appeals, and litigations (Scrutiny, CIT, ITAT Appeals).
• Conduct tax planning to optimize liabilities for business transactions, mergers, and restructuring.
• Reconcile tax accounts and stay updated on direct tax law changes.
• Undertake / oversee transfer pricing documentation and audit compliances (Form 3CEB & Master File filing) as well as attend transfer pricing assessment / appeal hearings.
