Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Managed shared mailbox and route tasks to other team members
- Coordinate and organize appeals related reference materials
- Process invoice appeals within the specific requirements of client-specific processes
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output
- Process invoices for importing within 1-2 business days of receipt
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete entries
- Update databases and relay information to pertinent parties when appropriate
- Track client authorizations and exceptions in company database
- Communicate with and respond to queries from clients and law firms about appealed invoices as needed
- Work closely with other departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of client data
- Prioritize workload according to Quovant methodology and client guidelines
- Cross-train to support other team members within Compliance Services when needed or as requested by department manager
Requirements & Skills :
Education / training / experience in a legal related field preferableKnowledge of legal terminology and legal practices (including hourly billing); thorough understanding of litigation process a plusKnowledge or familiarity with Zendesk is preferredAbility to work effectively in a team environment with a strong commitment to team successAbility to prioritize and work under a tight scheduleAbility to learn new programs and take on new tasksStrong problem-solving skillsMust be organized and detail-orientedAbility to maintain complete confidentialityEducation :
