This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Global Technology Product Manager to join the Global Commercial Platforms function. Working within Dentsu Service Lines Primary Markets, the key focus will be to handle the business needs and demand management of the Global Stakeholders.
In this role, the Product Owner will assist in the planning and management of the implementation of various solutions within the portfolio. They will be working with a team of other Product Managers and Architects to develop Proof of Concepts and implement understand what functionality is available Out of the Box and via other sources. They will be responsible for defining an effective design and proposing an alternative approach to tackling stated business problems, whilst maintaining effective levels of communication with all Business Stakeholders.

- Be accountable for delivering incremental value
- Work with Scrum Master and delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, being available to solve issues
- Inspire the team and bring a unique vision and perspective for the Product for what is possible
- Agree on timelines and deadlines for development, help define features development prioritisation
- Help define capabilities direction, own the design, execution, and measure ongoing improvements against short and long-term goals.
- Effective communication is essential; it involves being clear and setting precise expectations, both in writing and verbally
- Design simple solutions for complex workflows including all design deliverables
Skills and Knowledge :
Must have 8 years of experience working as a Product Manager .Must have 4 years of Salesforce functional consultant experience .Must have experience in understanding the difference between using Salesforce declarative functionality over coding .Must have a real understanding of Sales Cloud features, opportunity management Sales Processes .Need to have an in-depth understanding of Salesforce out of the box functionality, ideally holding certificationsKnowledge of CPQ, CLM, Pardot and / or other MarTech solutionsProject management experienceIn-depth knowledge of Agile process and principlesOutstanding presentation and leadership skills, along with excellent oral and written communication skillsExperience working remotely and asynchronously with team members across different countries and time zonesBe able to manage the complexity of communications depending on the audience, whilst maintaining clarity of communicationSharp analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent organisational and time management skillsMust be a self-starter and willing to get stuck inStrong organizational skills and resourcefulnessProven ability to deliver on commitments.Salesforce Administrator 201 CertificationSalesforce SalesCloud CertificationCertifications such Certified Agile Product Owner, Certified Agile Scrum Master etc would be advantageous.Skills Required
