[High Salary] Lead - QA Practice

Key Responsibilities :

• Define the QA offering and clearly articulate the value proposition
• Work with Marketing to define and implement the GTM strategy
• Provide technical presales inputs and define the best solution architecture for customers
• Provide effort estimates and craft winning proposals
• Design and develop scalable automation frameworks for web and API testing
• Lead and mentor the QA team in implementing best practices for automation testing
• Ensure that our own development and QA teams implement the best practices that we preach
• Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Review and optimize existing test scripts to enhance efficiency and reliability
• Manage the execution of automated test cases and analyze test results
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the automation test environment
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools
