About Position :

We’re seeking a seasoned QA Lead with deep expertise in Selenium automation testing to lead a team of quality assurance engineers. This role involves designing robust test frameworks, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

What You'll Do :

As a QA Lead, you will be responsible to design, development, and maintenance of Selenium-based test automation frameworks.

Develop and implement test plans and test cases for new and existing applications. Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.

Analyze and report on test results, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Expertise You'll Bring :

Maintain and expand automation coverage by creating new tests and refactoring existing ones.

Conduct manual testing when necessary and document results.

Mentor and coach junior QA engineers on automation best practices.

Stay updated with the latest tools and trends in automation testing.

Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver and automation testing.

Proficiency in Java.

Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and Agile development.

Experience with CI / CD tools like Jenkins, Git.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proven leadership experience in managing QA teams.

API testing using tools like Postman or custom scripts.

Exposure to AI-driven testing tools or frameworks.
