Job description1–2 years of experience in application support or working with live SaaS / web products (no freshers). Hands-on experience with Java and Angular (must-have; especially if you’ve worked on real products). Highly proficient in MySQL (must-have). Exposure to AWS or Linux (certifications a plus, but not mandatory). Experience with ticketing, monitoring, and logging tools (mention what you’ve used!). Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a collaborative mindset. Analytical problem-solving ability and curiosity to learn new tools and technologies. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including complete night shifts (US hours), and a 6-day working setup (with weekends / holidays included when needed). What You’ll Do
- Be the first line of technical support for our US-based customers, helping them succeed with our SaaS platform.
- Troubleshoot product issues and work closely with senior engineers to resolve them.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams to improve product stability and performance.
- Create and update internal knowledge base articles and support documentation.
- Get hands-on with real-world products, learning not just support but how SaaS platforms are built, scaled, and maintained.
- Contribute ideas around AI, automation, and innovation as we continue to grow our platform.
