Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and passionate Application Developer to join our growing team in Pune / Mumbai. As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance and scalable applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver outstanding software applications that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality web or mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with UI / UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern programming practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and application errors.
  • Integrate APIs, third-party services, and database systems.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the full software development life cycle (SDLC).

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of hands-on experience in application development.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or Kotlin.
  • Experience with modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, Spring Boot, Django, Node.js).
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

    • Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI / CD tools.
  • Exposure to mobile development (Android / iOS or cross-platform frameworks like Flutter / React Native).
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced development environment.
