Job Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – HR who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment as well as core HR operations. The role includes handling manpower hiring (staff and downline positions), employee engagement initiatives, attendance and leave management, HR policies implementation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functioning for factory operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff and downline / factory manpower.
- Partner with line managers to forecast and fulfill manpower requirements.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate selection, and manage onboarding process.
- HR Operations
- Oversee employee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee data and HR records.
- Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities at the factory level.
- Build strong employee connect and address workplace issues proactively.
- Support employee welfare initiatives and maintain a positive work culture.
- Policy & Process Implementation
- Assist in implementing HR policies across the workforce.
- Monitor adherence and suggest improvements to strengthen employee experience.
- Support audits and reporting related to HR processes.
Requirements :
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing / industrial setup.Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, attendance & payroll coordination, and HR policies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Key Skills :
