Health Optimization Lead

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking medical professional to lead health optimization efforts in our Pune center.

This role involves conducting patient consultations, designing personalized wellness and IV therapy plans, interpreting results from blood tests, gut microbiome, epigenetic panels, and wearables, ensuring the highest standards of safety, documentation, and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee treatment protocols and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable, safe, and effective health optimization strategies.
• Work closely with the internal technology team to ensure digital tools, algorithms, and health insights are clinically accurate and medically safe.

The ideal candidate should possess MBBS or MD / DNB (equivalent) in Community Medicine or Family Medicine, 3-4 years of clinical experience, preferably in preventive, wellness, or diagnostic-based practice. Strong communication skills, an interest in lifestyle medicine, and client education are also essential. Familiarity with wearable health tech, IV protocols, and diagnostics is a plus. A growth mindset and passion for healthy ageing, longevity, and science-backed wellness are required.
