Job Title : Commercial Lead, Latin America
As a commercial lead for Latin America, you will drive profitable sales growth through strategic expansion into the region.
- Manage overall revenue and margin to ensure profitable sales growth.
Evaluate viable international partners and develop local marketing and customer execution plans.
Effectively communicate key commercial plans and initiatives to partners providing training as needed.Review and evaluate performance in achieving sales and execution objectives for each country.Maintain ongoing partnerships to expedite resolution of marketplace opportunities.Conduct market analysis to determine potential products, market characteristics, and approach to entry.Identify potential partners, prepare commercial offers, and negotiate contracts.Cooperate with the legal team in agreements' preparation.Set yearly sales targets and longer-term plans and control their execution.Prepare tender offers and tender documents.Serve as a main contact point for customers, including coordination of registration process and other necessary activities to start export sales.Collaborate with the marketing team regarding marketing plans and activities.Prepare export reports, analysis, presentations, etc.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.Minimum 7-10 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and within the LATAM region.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), with ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders.Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Strategic mindset with strong commitment to achieving results.
