- Understand their goals and guide them toward the right program
- Explain course structure, fees, job outcomes, and success stories
- Drive admissions through consultative sales (no pressure selling — just meaningful guidance)
- Schedule demo / counseling sessions and ensure follow-through
- Maintain clear records in CRM / Sheets
