Fantastic permanent opportunity to work on a range of one-off residential, commercial, mixed-use and apartment developments.
You will be joining an established, highly capable and dedicated team of architects and designers in their South Geelong studio, close to shops, eateries and the Barwon River.
A minimum of 5 years of postgraduate experience in the local industry is essential, and your portfolio will need to demonstrate strong construction detailing skills across a variety of project typologies.
Exceptional ArchiCAD proficiency and knowledge is ideal required, with a can-do attitude and strong sense of work ethic.
Projects are currently in various stages, so they’re keen to appoint an experienced mid-level Architect with broadly based skills. Someone who can be part of the initial presentation and design development process through to technical documentation stages, ideally coordinating consultants as they progress.
While a registered Architect would be ideal, if you have the relevant experience, personality and commitment, the Directors would be happy to support you on the pathway to registration.
With strong staff retention and a mix of experience in the studio from very senior down to recent graduates, it’s an outstanding opportunity to be mentored and inspired. They also have a strong commitment to sustainability and actively incorporate low energy design, passive solar and biophilic principles into their work.
