Handle end-to-end influencer campaigns — from creator sourcing and negotiation to execution, tracking, and reporting. Manage both marketing strategy and daily operational workflows.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Identify and onboard relevant influencers.
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Create briefs and ensure content aligns with brand tone.
• Track deliverables, approvals, and campaign performance.
• Maintain influencer databases and reports.
• Coordinate with creative, finance, and paid media teams.
• Analyze ROI and optimize future campaigns.
• Requirements :
• 1–3 years of experience in influencer or digital marketing.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of social platforms and influencer tools.
• Proficiency in Excel / Sheets and campaign tracking.
• KPIs :
• Influencer partnerships activated
• Campaign reach & engagement
