Clinikally - ERP Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

1. Own the Business Central ecosystem by taking a full handover from the outsourced implementation team, ensuring deep understanding of all customizations, integrations, workflows, and ongoing initiatives.

2. Serve as the primary functional expert and go-to contact for all Business Central-related requirements across the organization.

3. Work closely with stakeholders to analyse, document, and optimise business processes, with strong focus on e-commerce, OMS, WMS, P2P, R2R, O2C, and finance operations.

4. Convert business requirements into clear functional specifications, collaborating with developers to ensure accurate and efficient customisations.

5. Build, lead, and mentor an internal team of Business Central developers to support custom enhancements and continuous improvement.

6. Oversee and manage integrations with custom-built websites / apps, courier partners, banking systems, and other third-party platforms using APIs and related technologies.

7. Ensure smooth operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Business Central environment to meet evolving business needs.

8. Provide training, support, and guidance to internal users to enhance adoption and system utilisation.

9. Stay current with the latest Business Central features, updates, and best practices for ongoing optimisation.

Key Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Central / Dynamics NAV Functional Consultant, with proven success in implementations and customisations.

3. Strong understanding of e-commerce business processes and operational workflows.

4. Practical experience across OMS, WMS, P2P, R2R, O2C, and finance modules in Business Central.

5. Prior experience handling handover and knowledge transfer from outsourced teams.

6. Good working knowledge of the AL programming language and the Business Central development environment.

7. Strong understanding of API-based integrations with external systems (web / app platforms, logistics partners, banking systems, etc.).

8. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

9. Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing or mentoring technical teams.

10. Ability to operate independently, take initiative, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills :

1. Experience in e-commerce or retail industry environments.

2. Project management experience or relevant certification.

3. Understanding of Indian statutory and compliance requirements related to finance and operations.

4. Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).

5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
