Digital Marketing Strategist

Role Overview

We're on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Strategist who's as passionate about people as they are about technology. In this role, you'll be the friendly face (and voice) our customers turn to—guiding them through challenges, solving problems, and helping them get the very best out of their marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for our customers via chat, email, or phone—turning frustrating moments into fantastic experiences.
• Review ad accounts to uncover performance gaps and share actionable insights that help customers maximize results.
• Troubleshoot technical hiccups with clarity and confidence, escalating issues when needed.
• Keep our help docs and FAQs fresh with the latest tips, best practices, and feature updates.
• Become a product expert—staying on top of new features and sharing feedback to shape product improvements.
• Act as the customers' voice by capturing feedback, identifying trends, and helping us innovate.
