Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Battery Production Supervisor at DAZZLE ROBOTICS PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Gandhinagar. The Battery Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the battery production process, managing production schedules, planning production activities, and ensuring efficient production management. Tasks include monitoring and controlling production processes, coordinating with departments to meet production goals, managing staff, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to oversee production staff
• Experience in Production Schedules and Production Planning
• Excellent Production Management skills
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with various departments and ensure smooth production processes
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Experience in battery production or a similar manufacturing environment
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing
