Job location : Andheri(E), Mumbai.
Shift timings starting from 6.30PM / 7.30PM / 8.30PM.
Primary Objective :
To initiate contact with clinic decision-makers, generate qualified interest in the company’s product offerings, and hand off warm leads to the internal sales team for further engagement and closure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound outreach to assigned clinic lists through calls, Teams messages, and email follow-ups.
- Identify and verify key contacts such as pharmacy buyers, practice managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Qualify potential leads by assessing interest levels and fit for company products.
- Accurately capture and maintain contact information, including name, title, email, and phone number.
- Perform live transfers of qualified leads to the inside sales team for conversion.
- For clinics that are not interested in proceeding, document detailed feedback and reasons for non-conversion to help identify potential barriers or improvement areas.
Success Metric :
Lead-to-Qualified-Opportunity Conversion Rate – percentage of outreach efforts resulting in warm, qualified referrals.
