Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled SQL Database Administrator (DBA) with 7+ years of experience to join our Bangalore team.

The role requires expertise in database administration, performance tuning, and high-availability solutions.

Responsibilities :

Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server databases.
Monitor database performance and implement tuning strategies.
Ensure database security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
Troubleshoot database issues and provide support for production systems.
Implement automation for database maintenance tasks.

Requirements :

7+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA.

Strong expertise in SQL Server installation, configuration, clustering, and replication.

Hands-on experience with performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.

Experience with backup / recovery strategies, high availability (Always On, Mirroring, Log Shipping).

Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation tools.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
