Videographer

We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer with hands-on experience in real estate videography. The ideal candidate must have a strong portfolio showcasing real estate property shoots, interior and exterior videography, and lifestyle content production. This role requires someone who understands real estate angles, lighting, and storytelling to create engaging and high-quality video content.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality videos for real estate properties including residential, commercial, luxury homes, and project walkthroughs.
• Capture interior and exterior footage with proper lighting, framing, and composition.
• Plan and execute video concepts based on marketing needs and property highlights.
• Operate professional cameras, gimbals, drones, and other video equipment.
• Edit raw footage into polished final videos using industry-standard editing software.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of all video content in required formats.
• Maintain and manage video equipment, ensuring everything is in good working condition.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new video techniques for real estate.
