Digile - Technical Specialist - Veeva Vault Platform

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, configure, and customize Veeva Vault applications to meet business requirements.
• Perform Vault configuration, workflow setup, lifecycle management, and user role management.
• Design and implement Veeva CRM customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Veeva APIs.
• Work on integrations between Vault, Veeva CRM, and external systems (via REST / SOAP APIs, ETL tools, or middleware).
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and QA teams to ensure solution quality.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and release management activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides.
