Role Overview :
We are seeking two experienced Operational Support Engineers to join the MVNE (Mobile Virtual Network Enabler) team. These roles are critical to ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of MVNE services, with a strong emphasis on cloud operations and platform reliability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and maintain MVNE platform operations across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Provide L2 / L3 support for incidents, outages, and service degradations.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve operational issues.
- Perform routine health checks, log analysis, and performance tuning.
- Support deployment activities, including CI / CD pipelines and rollback procedures.
- Maintain and update operational documentation and runbooks.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, security policies, and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Experience :
3+ years of experience in IT operations or cloud infrastructure support.Strong understanding of MVNE architecture and telecom operations.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).Proficiency in monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and automation (Ansible, Terraform).Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Telecom domain experience, especially in MVNO / MVNE environments.Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., Azure Administrator, AWS SysOps).Exposure to ITIL practices and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).Skills Required
